Most of the games I've seen, that have done optimizations for the new CPU have had significant gains in fps, especially under Vulkan or DX12. So far Vulkan is a lot smoother and the go to API for the 2080ti, got the same results in the benchmark, but there's no visible stuttering like before. its interesting you say that- on my rig dx12 is more stable and delivers more fps (average only extra of 4-5) whereas it was the other way around before the update.

    Many people have seen flickering even on Odyssey G7s and G9s, and one other person with an MSI Optix MAG27, in specifically RDR2, which are validated displays. Something has definitely broken in newer drivers that causes very consistent flickering due to refresh rate fluctuation in Vulkan mode, and less but still noticeable flicker in DX12 mode.
